Wang Dao Architecture is a UK-based studio for sustainable architecture, urbanism, interiors and design, founded by Edward Wang. We always endeavour to create and deliver innovative and sustainable buildings at all scales across multiple sectors.
We provide all types of planning application services, such as Full Planning Application, Outline Planning Application, Listed Building Consent, Householder Planning Application, Lawful Development Certificate, Non-Material Amendment, Approval of Details Reserved by a Condition, Removal/Variation of Conditions; building regulations application services such as Full Plans, Building Notice and Retrospective Regularisation applications; premises licence and other applications, HMO Licence and licence for dropped kerbs and crossovers for vehicle access to a property. Party wall services, 3D modelling and rendering services are also provided.
We closely collaborate with structural and services engineers, landscape designers and other consultants and professionals to ensure the smooth delivery of your project throughout.
